At https://aparnadesigns.in (referred to as Aparna Designs hereafter), we believe in always trying hard to delight our customers. Our return policies are created with you in mind and ensure that you are satisfied every step of the way.
PRODUCT RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION / MANUFACTURING DEFECT OR WRONG ITEM
In case the product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, or a wrong product has been sent, we will replace the order for you for 1 time. Please follow the following instructions:
1. Please submit a request for return/replacement within 3 days of receiving the goods via email at email@example.com. Your request/email should contain comprehensive details of the defects/complaints of the order/package delivered to you with photos.
2. Do not ship any product/s back to Aparna Designs before receiving a confirmation email from Aparna Designs confirming the return shipment.
3. Please retain all packaging materials and product/s. All defective products are to be returned to Aparna Designs in their original condition and original packaging, with invoice included and sealed carefully.
4. Please note that Aparna Designs shall verify the details of defects/variations of the returned products for all such defects/variations, on the basis of your emails and if the replacement is damaged as well, then Aparna Designs is not liable to any more replacements for it.
All shipping costs of returning the product/s to Aparna Designs are to be borne by the customer. Safe receipt of returned product/s by Aparna Designs is the sole responsibility of the customer.
Aparna Designs shall examine the product/s returned by the customer for such defects/variations as reported by the customer, and ensure that remedial steps are taken immediately.
In case it is found on examination of product/invoice/order receipt that the error has occurred due to the customer, then Aparna Designs will offer to make any necessary modifications/alternations at the cost of the customer.
No refund will be given by Aparna Designs if the order was delivered in accordance with the color and size selections of the customer while placing the order.
In case the error is found to be due to Aparna Designs, the product can be replaced once, at the discretion of Aparna Designs.
The customer can cancel the order before it has been shipped.
The credits issued against the customer’s credit card account normally take up to three (3) business days to be processed. In addition, the corresponding bank may take up to two (2) business days from the date of acceptance to credit the amount in the customer’s account. The cancellation of item(s) takes up to 1-2 business days. The refunds take 15-20 business days to get back to the source for different banks.
Company cancellation policy:
Non-receipt or No reply from the customer requested to fulfill the physical address or contact address requirement for more than 25 days would be treated/considered as a cancellation of the order and the amount paid by the customer will be forfeited. Fresh / New order has to place instead of canceled order. No refund will be made for the canceled order.
The details of the products and product specifications (weight, color, handwork details, size, etc.) as mentioned on Aparna Designs are only approximate values and can vary slightly from product to product. There may be slight variations in color and embellishment of the actual product against what is shown on the website. This is due to the nature of, weather and differences in display outputs due to lighting, digital photography, color settings, and capabilities of computer monitors.
